About the Tea
At Nutralei, each tea blend is a reflection of my passion for herbs and the joy of creating something truly special. I craft my blends with care in small batches to ensure that every cup you brew is as fresh and flavourful as possible. I personally select each ingredient for its unique qualities, carefully balancing flavours to create a blend that’s both enjoyable and beneficial.
Many of the ingredients in my teas are organically grown, ensuring that you’re drinking a product that’s as natural as it is delicious. From the invigorating notes of the Sunrise Stories blend to the soothing, 100% organic Harmony Blend, and the balanced, vibrant Lagom Blend with Hibiscus, each of my loose leaf teas is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine, offering a moment of calm and enjoyment.

About Me
Hello, I’m Anne-lie North, the founder of Nutralei and a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. My journey with tea and herbs began in the forests and fields of Sweden, where, as a child, I would spend hours collecting and drying herbs, fascinated by their natural properties. This early connection with nature sparked a lifelong passion for creating blends that not only taste wonderful but also support overall well-being.
One of my fondest memories is visiting a small, cosy tea shop in Stockholm, a place so full of different teas, cups, and spices that it became a source of endless inspiration for me. I dreamed of one day making my own blends, and that dream came to life with Nutralei.
After studying naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), I realised I could combine my love for herbs with my knowledge to create something unique—teas that are more than just a drink but a way to nurture yourself naturally. Nutralei was born out of this desire to share the comfort and joy that tea has brought me with others.
Today, I specialise in helping busy professionals regain their energy and balance through personalised nutritional therapy. My tea blends are an extension of this mission, each crafted with high-quality ingredients to support your daily routines and enhance your well-being. When I’m not working with clients or blending teas, I’m often out in nature, finding new inspiration for my next blend.
